Yes. The Admin Web Platform is fully cloud-based and accessible from any browser. The Mobile App stores data locally for offline use and syncs to the cloud automatically when internet is available.

The Admin Platform gives you complete control over your projects. You can create and manage projects, assign tasks to field engineers, set geo-boundaries, review photo and video submissions, listen to voice recordings, read transcriptions, manage user accounts and monitor real-time progress across all your sites.
There is no hard limit on the number of projects. The platform is designed to scale with your business, whether you are managing 5 projects or 500.
Yes. The platform has role-based access control. Administrators have full access, while field engineers only see their assigned projects and tasks.
All photos, videos and voice recordings submitted by field engineers appear in the Admin Dashboard under the relevant project and task. You can view photos in a gallery, play videos and read auto-generated transcriptions of voice notes.
Yes. Submission data and progress reports can be exported for record-keeping and client reporting.
The InfraOS is currently available for Android devices running Android 5.0 (Lollipop) or higher. This covers the vast majority of smartphones used by field engineers in India.
The app is built with an offline-first architecture. Engineers can capture photos, record videos, add voice notes and submit progress reports even without any internet connection. All data is stored securely on the device and automatically synced to the cloud when connectivity is restored.
When an engineer submits a progress report, the app captures their GPS coordinates. The admin can configure a geo-boundary for each project site. If the engineer is outside the boundary, the system flags the submission accordingly.
Yes. Engineers can be assigned to multiple projects and switch between them within the app. All assigned projects and tasks are visible from the home screen.
Engineers can submit photos (JPEG), videos (MP4) and voice recordings (M4A/WAV). The app also supports text descriptions for each submission.
The app automatically compresses photos before upload to optimise storage and upload speed. Videos are uploaded at their original quality. There is no strict file size limit, but very large video files may take longer to upload on slow connections.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS with TLS encryption. Authentication uses industry-standard JWT tokens. Media files are stored on Google Cloud Storage with access controls. User passwords are hashed using bcrypt.

Your data remains accessible for a defined period after account closure. We provide data export tools so you can download all your project data and media files before closing your account.
